If your newly purchased book is missing pages, please return it to the store where you bought it, just as you would with any defective product.
If you found the book secondhand, example: at a used bookstore, garage sale, flea market, little book library, or similar, unfortunately, I’m unable to replace or repair it.
As for typos… they happen. Every manuscript goes through many rounds of editing and is reviewed by multiple sets of eyes, but those eyes (and hands) are human. I appreciate your understanding, and your grace, when the occasional slip sneaks through.
