Notes from my writing life.
Good morning!
I wanted to share some writing updates since it’s been awhile. And it’s already May. We’re almost half-way through 2025. We seem to be rolling through these years at a little faster rate. So far so good though for this month. I know we’re only three days in, but it is supposed to be a great weekend, and I’m planning to get out and take full advantage of the sun and warmer weather.
I have three manuscripts I’m working on, currently, with plans to release in 2025.
▪️Her Last Betrayal — the second book in The Harpring Saga
▪️Daughter of the Quiet Man — a Harpring Twisted Lineage Story
▪️I Left Her There — a standalone
I’m uncertain which one will be done first, since I’m working on all three at the same time. They each have their own storyline, and it’s been nice to rotate and let chapters marinate before I go back to them and write more. I did try and focus on writing one story at a time, but that felt so challenging. To stay in one storyline and not break for a moment, is not something I’m used to doing. So, I’m back to my multiple manuscripts. I feel at home this way.
Some Spring 2025 news
I have my website, and my free newsletter. Those are the places you can find me and my work in 2025.
Speaking of my newsletter….. if you’re not subscribed, you’ll want to make sure you’re subscribed for the in-depth book updates, news and any changes. I also share more personal information inside my newsletter that I don’t share anywhere else. And don’t forget the early access perk when you’re subscribed. So, what’s coming inside my first May newsletter?
▪️More info on I Left Her There
▪️A peek inside, Daughter of the Quiet Man
▪️A glimpse into my writing process and creative life. Read about my writing process, struggles, and more. I share some insight into the parts I have always kept to myself.
Okay. That’s all for now, but I’m glad you stopped by. This season feels like a slow bloom. The stories are taking shape, new ideas are unfolding and the sun is finally showing up again. If you’re following along, thank you. Your support means more than I can put into words. Be sure to subscribe to my newsletter if you haven’t yet, and keep an eye out for those upcoming release dates. Until next time, I’ll be here, writing my way through the in-between and chasing the kind of stories that stick with you.
